The Project Overview

What began as a website optimisation project with a few product customisations evolved into a comprehensive digital transformation. With founder Sophie prepping for her maternity leave, she and her team needed automated solutions for products that previously required time-heavy, in-person consultations and manual admin. In all honesty, this website was so well designed (not by me), I found there to be very few major issues. Navigation and customer journey were the top two

Through a custom-built application, my dev team and I transformed 20+ product lines into streamlined, user-friendly experiences that customers can now personalise entirely themselves. The range includes stunning made-to-order engagement rings, birthstone necklaces and pendants, to die for eternity rings + my personal favourite, the Acrostic Pendant, where customers select a number of stones, each representing a letter to create their own secret code word. As a lover of all things talismanic, I think this is utterly cool and enchanting!

...lots of the design was improved across the site. Improved imagery and a stronger more cohesive brand identity across the site. The work took less time than expected, and completed well before the deadline that we had agreed. All in all a fantastic experience. Georgina is a fantastic communicator, has a fantastic eye for design and has the technical wizardry to make a website actually work.
