The newly redesigned MyChocolate website serves as both an eCommerce platform and an enquiry-driven site for chocolate workshops, children’s parties, and physical products. It integrates FareHarbor via iframe for public workshop bookings, voucher redemption, and payment processing.
Zoho CRM powers the newsletter CRM and core enquiry forms, capturing leads for corporate events and kids' parties.
The site tracks all user interactions through Google Tag Manager for detailed analytics and reporting.
Localised SEO supports visibility in both London and Manchester.
In addition, we migrated the site to Shopify to make the most of it's powerful ecommerce tools. Customers can purchase a new line of physical chocolate products, as well as booking public workshops like The Chocoholic or Tipsy Truffle Thursdays via booking system Fareharbour, or submit enquiries for private and corporate experiences.
The website harmonises seamless online booking with clear enquiry pathways, while supporting third-party integrations, mobile responsiveness and speedy optimised performance.
