The Project Overview

We partnered with Explore Postcard to create a considered, future-ready website for their custom rug design service. The goal: to craft a digital presence that reflects the brand’s creative offering while streamlining the customer journey for interior designers and trade clients.

We began with a strategy workshop to define the site structure, messaging priorities, and key conversion points. From there, we designed and built a bespoke website that tells the story of their process, showcases past projects, and invites users to get involved through a custom “build your own rug” tool. The form-driven tool collects all necessary design preferences in a guided, step-by-step flow, giving the team everything they need to follow up and finalise rug commissions with ease.

Alongside this, we integrated a newsletter signup for ongoing audience growth and developed brand-aligned copy based on factual input from the client. The site was built with flexibility in mind , fully scalable and ready to shift to eCommerce when the time is right.

...lots of the design was improved across the site. Improved imagery and a stronger more cohesive brand identity across the site. The work took less time than expected, and completed well before the deadline that we had agreed. All in all a fantastic experience. Georgina is a fantastic communicator, has a fantastic eye for design and has the technical wizardry to make a website actually work.
