The Project Overview

Humphries & Begg have a fantastic digital presence and following already, a Website Optimisation Session helped to supercharge their customer experience and backend systems. I saw scope to up-level their customer journey and the look and feel of the website by tweaking their design system ever so slightly to create a more seamless user journey and experience. Their products are vibey, colourful and playful, so the goal was to make them the centre of attention. To visually un-clunk the website design I edited elements such as logo size, navigation, product page layout and button colours. I also provided SEO tips,

...lots of the design was improved across the site. Improved imagery and a stronger more cohesive brand identity across the site. The work took less time than expected, and completed well before the deadline that we had agreed. All in all a fantastic experience. Georgina is a fantastic communicator, has a fantastic eye for design and has the technical wizardry to make a website actually work.
