Absolutely, this is a given. You need to retain as much information as possible. Part of the work is migrating information: moving content into your new PMS, mapping existing bookings and rules and making sure you retain important history and future reservations.

We choose to build on Webflow for a number of reasons.

Do I have to use Inn Style?

Inn Style is the default recommendation for many small, independent properties because it keeps PMS, booking engine and channels in one easy-to-manage place. If another PMS is genuinely better for your set‑up, the site will be designed around that instead.

Will we be able to manage this in-house?

Webflow gives you a visual editor for content, and your PMS handles the extras, automations and bookings. We give you a clear handover and simple guides so any updates, copy tweaks and small changes feel straightforward.

What about SEO, AEO and ongoing maintenance?

Your website is set up with solid SEO foundations and a structure that will rank with continued effort. Search is not a one‑off switch. Ongoing updates like adding content, refining copy, publishing useful guides etc. are what keep direct bookings flowing in, and support can be shaped around how much you want to handle in‑house.
